We are excited to offer this limited, special Fall discount to our valued customers. Please see the following conditions: 

1. Online Purchase Only: This 5% discount is valid exclusively for orders placed through www.shop.mbci.com. Phone orders are not eligible. 
2. Self-Service Ordering: To qualify for the discount, orders must be placed directly by the customer through our online ordering system on  www.shop.mbci.com. Orders placed by or through sales representatives are not eligible for the promotion.
3. Shipping Deadline: All orders must be shipped by December 31, 2024 to be eligible for the discount. Orders shipped after this date will not receive the 5% discount, regardless of when the order was placed.
4. Discount Application: The 5% discount will be automatically applied to qualifying products at checkout. No promotional code is required.  If the 5% discount does not populate during the checkout process, then the products do not qualify for the 5% promotional discount.
5. Combination with Other Offers: This 5% discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, coupons, or special pricing arrangements. 
6. Product Eligibility: The 5% discount applies to standard products available on the MBCI website only. This limited 5% discount does not include any non-standard, custom products, service fees, or freight.
7. Modifications: MBCI reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
8. Customer Accounts: While creating an account is not required to receive this discount, MBCI encourages customers to register for an enhanced shopping experience and an everyday discount of 2% off standard pricing. 

By completing and submitting the 5% discount, customers acknowledge and agree to MBCI’s collection of customers’ personal data and consent to receiving email notifications or other communications via text, SMS and/or phone about special offers, events, new products and services from MBCI. Customers further agree that in any cause of action, MBCI’s liability is be limited to the costs of entering in the 5% discount and in no event shall MBCI be liable for attorneys’ fees, costs or damages.  Customers waive the right to claim any other additional damages whatsoever, including but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages.
